Gwilym Morris has worked with Positif since 2006 to develop innovative training programmes that are aimed at supporting stakeholding groups better engage in the public policy space.
Gwilym is a Director of The Pollen Shop, and is recognised as an expert in developing flexible and inclusive delivery models for the next generation of public services. Gwilym spends a proportion of his time directly engaged in public service delivery as well as also working at a strategic level across local government, the NHS and Executive Non Departmental Public Bodies across the UK. Gwilym also advises a range of third sector organisations and commercial organisations in public sector transformation.
Gwilym advises the board of directors of the Deafness Cognition and Language Research Centre (DCAL) based at University College London on strategic communications.
